Suh is not the type to argue with coaches. With Wallace and Odrick gone, does Philbin now has his team ? No more excuses for Joe, just win...

More importantly, is this Lazor and Coyles team? Philbin is just a manager who calls time outs for the other team and face palms locker room speeches. I want to see if those two have what they need to pull off their sides of the ball.

I think Lazor did last year, hr tailored his offense to the players around him. Everything was coming together for us but alas it was a little too late.

10-6 and he stays honestly.. i don't think 9-7 will save his job either. Double digit wins or gtfo

Joe cannot be put on automatic pilot yet.

But alot of him sticking around depends on Turner, Tripp, Mccain, Taylor, Davis, Aikens, and Fede IMO. He doesnt play rookies much to the disagreement of Tannbaum IMO and if these guys dont produce, Joe will be looked at as a detriment from these players.

Joe better win or he will be dumped like he should have been at the end of last year.

I've never ever seen a HC that is as useless and adds as little value as Phailbin... Actually, other than Jim Caldwell

Joe Philbin's team?!! bro, Queasy Joe is like the igloo salesman at the North Pole 'round here... aint nobody buyin what he's sellin

tbt, if he comes back from London sporting a 1-3 record... so long Joe!

I'm not even sure a winning record and possible play-offs is enough to save queasy. Tannenbaum is building a team for his future guy.

I feel that it Tannenbaum was in charge before last year that Philbin would have been fired at the end of the season.

I don't see that partnership lasting long, these 2 are like polar opposites.

This has never really been Joe's team, he is a lame duck coach. His hands were tied from day 1 with Ireland and Ross. Now, it's the same situation but he's on an even shorter leash as the front office has grown. I seriously doubt even a playoff appearance saves his job. I think the only reason he's still here is because Ross didn't want to break the bank on another coach yet, so he figured he'd just let him ride out his last year gracefully, instead of repeating the Sparano/Harbaugh fiasco, especially after everything with his dad dying last year.
