Hi all. Been lurking for quite a while and something occurred to me that inspired writing a new post.
Yes there are ALWAYS questions going into a new season, but it seems to me that I have a hard time remembering one with as many as the one we are heading into now.
How will Cam do in his first season?
Will C-Pep get back to 100%/back to pro-bowl form/get cut or traded?
Will Green get released, and if he does, will the Phins pick him up?
Who is going to be our starting QB?
Will Ricky get reinstated?
If he does, will he stay on the team/get traded/screw up again/show he is still a great RB?
Was Ginn a good #9 pick/can he be a starting WR?
Will he fully recover from the foot injury?
Is Martin good enough to be a #1 TE/can he stay healthy?
Will the OL be good enough?
Does Porter still have 'it'?
Will he miss games to be disciplined for the assualt charges?
How will our secondary hold up?
Will Allen make it as a CB, or is he just another Saban screwup?
Why do the Patsies need 500 WR's?
...
the list goes on and on.

I do have to admit though. I do like what Cam and RM have done so far. I like the fact that they seem to have a definate plan to making the Phins great again, instead of just trying to throw a few band-aids on and hoping it works.

This is a very exciting time for Dolphin fans... we have all been wanting changes so we can get back to the greatness we once had... The changes have come... but are they the RIGHT changes???

Only time will tell.

Lets face it...we're probably looking at 6-10 again next year. Be patient...time will tell.

welcome bkbuffet i think you will like fin heaven and you are right about there are so many questions . i like the beck pick and the fb pick and the two olinemen especialy the satele pick. I am not sure about the de from colorado he may be ok ,but i dont know enough about him yet. i was disapointed that we didnt get a wr in the middle rounds but thats ok .

on behalf of all dolphin fans we are as about as happy as a pimp with a pocket full of doe . :sidelol:

The way I see it the defense will be at least as good, wich wasnt to shabby. The ofense will be better, based on only the fact that a total moron wont be calling the plays this year. So although I dont see us anywhere near the superbowl. I dont see how we can be any worse than last year.

If we get a legit QB, meaning a QB that does not make too many mistakes, and is able to manage the game enough to allow our other players to win it, why would you think we are in for another 6-10 year?

Go with the QB's & WR's we have now... I wonder however, if there are any quality DB's under the radar that we can get... Kicking game should be better, punting game leaves a few questions. I think we have enough to challenge at least for 2nd place and at least the 8th spot wild card.
