So what do you want our hierarchy to look like? GM, Head Coach, O-Coordinator D-Coordinator.

Looks like we're cleaning house. How do you want the 4 spots to shape up based on realistically available candidates?

Me, tentatively:
GM: Dude from Chargers or Dude from 9ers
H/C: Harbaugh
Not sure who's available for O-C and D-C to be honest, kind of why I'm asking to get some ideas.
Gm-Alexander
HC-Harbaugh
OC-Monken
DC-Wink Martindale

Please let me know why you all want Harbaugh.......What does he bring to the table as a head coach??? I only ask this as I am born and raised in Baltimore and was skeptical of this guy when he was hired and have seen him waste years of Lamar on a rookie contract and then wasting years with terrible clock management, terrible challenges, no ability to make changes in game or at halftime and abandoning a dominate running game year after year........what the hell do you think he will be able to do here??? He is an average head coach that does not bring anything extra to the table.

Crazy thought but I think Ravens would be incredible with McDaniel as OC and Flores as Head Coach
Ravens fans are spoiled

Simple, he's proven he can win a Superbowl. Miami hasn't had anyone that could even win the Puppy Bowl.

Well, to begin with John Harbaugh has 11 postseason wins in 18 years. Miami has zero in that time frame.

What if we got the Packers VP, Lafleur, Malik Willis and Anthony Richardson as back up

Lool I know it's crazy.

GM- Chris Grier
HC- Adam Gase
OC- Mike McDaniel
DC- Brian Flores
Not Philbin?

Players these days need to respect the practice field, everyone go pick up your gum wrappers and sunflower seeds you spit out. DGAF if takes the whole practice, you Prima Donnas need to learn the field is not your trash can!

Good call, maybe he’s the OL coach?

Go look back at that super bowl run. Luckiest run of games where you have a good QB play out of his mind....if they dont get a 4th and 24 in san diego they dont make the playoffs, if Denver plays defense you dont get the mile high miracle and then on top of that DOMINATE the 1st half of the super bowl only to almost blow it on the last play of the game......side fact, go look at how many 4th quarter leads Horribaugh has lost as head coach. You are getting John Harbaugh......NOT Biscotti, OZZIE and DaCosta!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you know how many times a QB has won MVP and not appeared in the super bowl.....I know at least twice- Lamar.......you can even go back to the 90s when gannon won MVP and he got to the super bowl. Horribaugh has a 3 time MVP (lamar won it over Allen last year) and he has not seen a super bowl game with him........The ravens are from top to bottom an elite franchise, they have a great owner, maybe the best GM and have year after year put out a good football team since Bellick was there, the next coach will be sucessful because the franchise is built that way, my main point is that Harbaugh is not pushing you over any edge, he is not the last piece to the puzzle.... he is an avg coach who was in a great situation.

Lamar Jackson is a great quarterback, until the postseason rolls around. He's had a couple of good playoff games, but has tended to dissappear.

I do agree that Baltimore is a great organization, but I don't think you're giving Harbaugh enough credit either.
