accoarding to the Bronco's website, he's still on the IR list.

I believe that he has to stay on the Broncos IR list until they come up with a settlement, then he will probably be released. I would guess within the next 2-3 weeks. If I am right and a player gets put on the IR and then immediately waived, they have a complaint throught the players union. Not totally sure about this one, if someone can help, it would be great.

Broncos don't want to release him, most likely because they don't want another AFC club to grab him for the stretch run.
