So whats the biggest bonus we could give

Hypothetically speaking... Whats the biggest signing bonus we could give manning? If we have 15 in cap space, could we give Manning a signing bonus of 30 million with a 2 million dollar a year salary? It seems too easy, every team would do I guess... Well maybe not actually.... But for Manning couldnt we just give him in bonus money what denver would give him in salary?

I mean if ross is willing to full court press it, wouldnt that be the epitome of a press?
