that ***hat that beat us in the medowlands and made me throw my tv out the window (i was on the 1st floor so it wasnt mych of a drop).

That man reminds me of Wayne Chrebet. He catches damed near everything you throw at him and isnt afraid of anything. Hes not the fastest man on the team but he manages to make plays when we need them.

To me a great possesion reciver like that is 100 times better then a go long speed reciever.

Wes is the man! There is a reason both Culpepper and Harrington look to him on 3rd downs, Consistency! He catches everything. He is partially to blame for Chambers lack of production this year, it is apparent Saban is not willing to take Welker out of the slot so Chambers can be more productive

He has been great. I wish his hard working, team first attitude would rub off on Chambers.

welker has been the most productive and efficient player on the team period(ok, Jason taylor has made more big plays but wes is the man!).

This post is driving me nuts.

Wes is white. So is Chrebet. They both have great hands. Thats where the similarities end.

Wes is fast as lightning. Chrebet was slow as molasses.

McDuffie caught everything you threw at him, so why not compare Wes to McDuffie?

wes is not fast as lighting bro he is just quick and what does the white comment have to do with anything ......shaking head shaking head

i actually dont think thats where the similarities end.

both undersized for a WR.
both unheralded coming out of college.
both became heart and soul guys on the team.
both became integral to their teams success.

i think its a good comparison.

Hey lets not make this anymore than what it is, Wes is a quick, sure handed receiver and that is what works well with Joey. Joey gets the ball off quick and that's fine. Our line is getting better and the long ball will come but man Wes does'nt drop much and we should be greatfull for that!

Please don't tell me you honestly believe that Wes would produce on the outside against any teams #1 or #2 corner.

 huh?

I see, the one receiver we have that rarely drops a pass if its even it's even in arms reach. He may be the posterboy for MNF's "Jacked Up" because of his size, but he's probably the most reliable player out there. And the one I enjoy watching more than any other current phin.
