So, where are all the people who claim this defense has kept us in games?

Horrible on third down, horrible when the offense goes no huddle. Somehow this defense continuously dissapoints. People have lit a fire under the offense this year, but we just got three points only to have the defense ruin all of it. Its time people start holding this unit responsible, I dont care that Jason Taylor or Zach Thomas are your favorite fins, this defense needs just as much work as our offense.
 
they have held every team within a winnable range...our offense cant put up points
 
This defense gave up 3 points the entire ****in first half. It's only a matter of time before it can hold the entire team together.

All of you Harrington supporters, boy.. I can't wait for your reactions tomorrow!

We are the laughing stock of the NFL right now, i hope we don't win another ****ing game all year! I can't get over all the hype, so funny.
 
The play calling sucks.Behind Ronnie we have nuthing,and i dont wanna hear that Morris is a good back up or Minor is a good 3rd dwn back.No there not.We need Ricky.And the coaching staff sux.And in the secondary we have no standout.We need another big play WR cause this group aint cuttin it.

You people are so blind, the offense had things going before the fumble, we had a nice drive. The defense just crumbles, like i said in many posts before, it does no good to be great on first and second down if you suck on third down. And why is the Jets keep going no huddle, its because we are incapable of adapting to it....This defense FAR from being in the top 5, but as long as your little stats tell you they are, you will continue to analyze this team with a slanted biased.
 
They piss me off too, although I think 90 percent of the nfl teams would take a defense that only lets up points in the teens every game.

Its NOT about the stats. Saban himself says that, and it goes both ways. We had them to THREE points before a complete melt down in the secondary, if that doesnt happen, we have a game going. Our defense plays well and then loses its head for one or two big plays that cost us the game.

Bro the only one that had a positive day on offense is Ronnie. The offense is the one that needs to step it up.
 
forget my previous post. They suck. Doesn't matter how good they are most of the time. They still let up the big play right when we really need em.

Our DB just run behind the recievers looking for them to turn around so they can start their help I'm drowning flail/specialty coverage. Which either draws a penalty or has no effect.

You obviously have some issues that you are taking out on the defense. I'm not sure what you mean by the defense not keeping us in games but I think you need to rethink it. We have not been blown out in any game this year and that means the defense has kept us in games. Okay, they gave up a big play after we kicked a FG, that does not mean we are still not in the game.

This defense has also made it TRADEMARK to come out after we turn the ball over only to look like **** and allow a td.
