So Who Exactly are The Leaders on This Team?

From all that I am hearing, this team lacks leadership. Without a Dan Marino, Jason Taylor, Zach Thomas, etc.........who exactly is in control in THIS locker room?????:d-day:
 
Wake sure seems like a stand up guy and his production on the field makes him well respected. he would be my top leader. tannehill and hartline seem like leaders too in my opinion. the counsel was incognito, ellerbe, wake, tannehill, pouncy and the 6th is slipping my mind
 
paul soali who seems like a leader too. this team has leaders dont listen to the media. a team on a 4 game losing streak beat a team on a 4 game winning streak. that shows heart and leadership
 
ryan tannehill in the midst of the whole martnito media wirlwind I finally got to see what i was looking for in tannehill. Did you see his press confernce . He really seemed like he was in control of his locker room. He was honest, straight forward, and apeared to be echoing the sentiments of his co-workers. Good job ryan it's really refreshing to see our young qb handle the press in a positive and professional manner. " at the end of the day we got to get ready for a game with tampa bay" best line of his interview.

I never said tthat but it helps people look up to you. a leader with a history of poor performance isnt gonna have many willing to follow him
 
Richie was king dog until he got suspended that tells me there is a lack of leadership on this team......
 
Brandon Fields - you see the way reamed out Shelby last year when he botched downing a punt on the 1?!
 
It would be GREAT to see someone stand up and take the bull by the horns.

Imo,this week has to be the biggest opportunity of the year or the rest of the year.
 
well i know no one wants to say anything about it but lamar miller got his first 100 yard game last week. John Martin didn't dress last week, and ritchie went out with a neck injury after only playing 13 snaps. I don't know if it means anything or not but Miller had the best day of his career when those 2 weren't even on the field.
