I looked through posts and didn’t see this one. I apologize if 2 of 3 was a thing. Players don’t count. Haven’t been on in a minute. Flores, Grier, or Ross? Or get creative and pick 2 names at any level. I feel those are the narrative though. Go!

Easy - Ross & Grier and by default Flores will likely be gone when the new regime comes in.

Really it’s about Ross to me. Credit to him that he doesn’t spare any expense, but that’s not what it’s all about. He simply can’t figure it out so far. He’s tried a lot, but failed.

Grier and Flores!

Grier and Ross. At least with Flores, despite how bad things are at present, we have seen some great things from him since being here. Fire the other two and hope Flo stops pretending to be Belichick

Unfortunately I don’t see Ross firing either Grier or Flores unless the Dolphins win 4 games or less. Which means that the 2022 season will end up being another season without the Dolphins in the playoffs and perhaps Ross will have the balls to finally fire both of them.

Yeah, this is easy—Ross and Grier. Flo is bad within the normal spectrum of bad. Ross and Grier are a 20 year catastrophe.

Grier and the entire scouting department. Nothing will change if they don't change.

Thanks to OP for this thread

Now I know what dating 3 Fat Chicks feels like. Worst part is you have to basically marry one of them

OP must be a sadist

If you had to choose right now whether to have one of these options, what do you choose going into the trade deadline Tuesday

1. We trade for Watson tomorrow, with the guarantee to Flores that he will get a year to right the ship with Watson. I think Grier still gets fired but in this scenario McKenzie/Allen run things.

2. No trade, fire Grier/Flo, new coach and GM being brought in with the ability to evaluate Tua and do as they please.
