Smart, anyone that claims to be a doctor and believes they can judge someone from a 100 miles away on their couch rather than being in person given a proper exam, doesn’t deserve to be a doctor
In this day and age it's a shame that a more calculated and informed approach is considered rare. Without social media this wouldn't even be this big of a deal. Internet doctors have emerged in droves claiming they know better than the exists that have actually been in front of the patient and examined him.
