What do you all think about this? I don't think Gase wants to tank.

While Miami Dolphins fans are scouring the internet for seeds of hope, the reality is this franchise has not yet clawed itself out of the mud and doesn’t appear to be breaking out of NFL purgatory any time soon.

Whether Adam Gase is an impact coach or not, this roster is FAR from elite and actually poses more questions regarding talent than a season ago when it won six lousy games.

I clicked (I'm on my work computer so if it crashes I could use that as an excuse to go home early) and it isn't worth getting past the first sentence. The appearance reminded me of The Onion.

It's customary to quote a few lines of an article and then you provide the link. Why not do that here? This is clickbait currently.

slice miami is "media" ?

I didn't click, but this part in bold is absolutely false and downright ignorant. Especially considering the important positions of offensive line and middle linebacker.

Guy probably glanced at the "additions and subtractions" graphic in a Lindy's magazine and saw Lamar Miller and Olivier Vernon.

I'm not a Canes fan but is Brad Kaaya any good? I watched him once and wasn't one bit impressed granted it was very early in his career. Best QB at Miami stadium????

IMHO, Thomas/Fox BY THEMSELVES cost Miami 1-2 wins. J Taylor and Grimes BY THEMSELVES cost Miami 1-2 wins. Philbin/Lazor/Coyle BY THEMSELVES cost Miami 1-2 wins. Not saying the changes will result in 3-6 more wins - no one knows if their equivalent is on THIS team, but this writer is so far from accurate he must moonlight for the Enquirer. And I love the part about getting an elite QB. Yeah, just draft one and hope. How many teams do that every year?

I Would tank if it guaranteed we could get Watson. IMO he's the best qb prospect in a long time. That dude is magic.

But no one can tank lioe the browns are trying to this season.

Again no blame for the man behind center. Completely blameless and without fault.

He's very good but he's a pocket passer with not much mobility. Great arm, excellent leader, very accurate short, intermediate and long. Kid can sling it. But behind a putrid line like the Dolphins he'd get crushed. Well, every QB behind this line would get crushed.

Kaaya has a shot at being a 1st rounder I think. Probably not the top overall QB due to the lack of mobility but everything else he's got.

But more importantly, what insight can be gleamed from bleacher report on this topic? I mean, if slicemiami.com says it - it's bad. But if another equally well respected media titan concurs ... Then, HOT DAMN!!! We'd be on to something.

For real? slicemiami.com?

I'm not even going to bother clicking on somebody's blog written in their mother's basement.
