Some of you are saying don't hate Saban. I'm gonna tell you why I do.

1 - He lied to the the fans and the organization in a very bold manner. It's not like he avoided it, he flat out lied.

2 - He went against everything he said and quit because he just couldn't handle it. I say take all his books off the shelves.

3 - He made our organization look like a bunch of idiots.

4 - He had the balls to not even tell his players or anyone he was leaving. He then proceeds to tell his coaches (via speaker phone) which everyone knows shows huge class.

5 - He makes our owner go to the PC for him! Are you kidding me? The guy who gave you EVERYTHING you wanted and you don't have the decency to go to your own PC to show some respect?

6 - He pissed off The Don. You don't **** with Don. No if/ands/buts about it.

Alright, that's my rant. I'm done talking about Saban now :D

And it is coming to light that he was looking for an out half way through the season already. So we was missing "I am not going to be the Alabama coach, BUT I WOULD LIKE TO BE!"
Hearing him today apart from making me sick to my stomach is how shallow and repetitive and without sincerity and true belief he has in his own words. The same great things he was spilling out to us a couple of years ago come rolling out today but if anybody with a spec of objectivity can only see how incredibly hollow and false those statements are. And the Alabama fans are buying it...pathetic.
C Cowherd said it good today...Saban was late for the press conference because apparently an offer had come in from Tennesee and he had to call his wife and wait it out...

I don't exactly hate Saban, but I have no confidence in him as an Alabama fan. It sounds like he has gone so nuts that it's time to start calling him Col. Kurtz and checking to see if he has gone up the river.

I never liked Saban, he did nothing to up grade our O-line which he had to knew it sucked. He was too defensive minded

He made a bad choice on a future QB
He shouldnt have started DC. If I can see he is hurt, why cant the COACH
The secondary is still awful
He had no solid contributors from last years draft.
We improved 2 games in 2 years


Lets face it, its better that he left because he simply wasnt very good at the pro level.
Also, props to PFT for calling this months ago.
