Some players want Sherman out

Sherman definitely needs to go as well as the OL coach. I give Ireland and Philbin one more year and THAT'S IT. And I'm a big Philbin fan. If it doesn't turn around after that, look for a new GM and go from there. But first, one step at a time. It's time for Sherman to be gone.

Unfortunately the Head Coach is not listening and Ross doesn't want to fire him. Ross needs to be a leader and just fire all of them and start over. Be done with it already.

Ross shouldn't just up and fire anyone. Sure I think Sherman is gone but firing someone right away and not having a plan for the direction you want to go is just reacting for the sake reacting. And that's an idiotic thing to do. All it does is leave you in a situation where you have no one and no plan. You need to make sure all bases are covered, make sure you know the pros and cons of every decision before you react. If not, you're just the Cleveland Browns or Oakland Raiders.

With all the **** we've been through, its pretty amazing that this could be how Philbin loses the locker room.

Not the consistent losing, not the leadership being gutted, not the scandal, but our coach refusing to fire his deadbeat coordinator.

When you only put up 7 points in the most important games of the year, it doesnt fall under the "just up and fire anyone" category. There is a definitive, tangible reason as to why Sherman should be fired.

From what I understand Philbin has final say on coaching staff, so unless Ross wants to start fresh he needs Philbin to sign off or Sherman to quit. That's a problem.

The players know whats wrong with the team. Good, be vocal and let them run their own damn football team. I'm sure we've got some smart guys. Hartline could probably make better draft picks than Ireland

Sherman HAS to go. He is a dinosaur who has shown very limited ability to adapt on the fly, preferring instead to make the same boneheaded mistakes over and over again.

If Philbin actually thinks Sherman is doing a good job, that's alarming. If Philbin feels so strongly about this that he is refusing to let Ross fire Sherman, then they both need to go.

This team is a disaster, I changed my mind, clean everyone out....I have never seen a pro team have so many leaked internal issues in my life.....It's got to be coming from Ireland and Philbin or Aponte trying to gain power or keep their jobs...this is madness, thank God no one cares what's going on in Miami or we would be the laughing stock of the league.....The Brown's and the Raiders don't have this type of dissension in the building

Players have been saying this since midseason, by the way. Remember just before BullyGate blew up the players were complaining about the playcalling? The OL was complaining that they wouldn't commit to the running game?

Nothing new here.

And yes, CLEAN HOUSE.
