I believe Orleans Darkwa deserves to make the team with that performance. Not only was he good on the ground with over 11 ypc, he had a bunch of solid receptions as well. The team should keep all four rbs in reality. I also think Damian Williams deserves a spot with that one catch alone and his punt/ko return potential.

Also, I wonder if the spin move has been taught to the RBs this training camp. D. Williams broke more than a couple tackles using the spin, and even converted a 2 pt conversion doing so after getting squashed in the backfield. Also, Moreno's spin move right off the tackle was a thing of beauty.

Where was Rishard Matthews in the passing game tonight? And to add to that, he is the reason for the "almost" blocked punt that happened as well. First he missed the block, then he decided not to jump on the ball and almost allowed the guy to scoop and score. Poor outing overall.

And Ju'waun James continues to impress me. In particular what stood out, surprisingly, was his solid contribution to the run game. Made some crucial blocks, and one play he pretty much single handedly opened up a hole for Moreno after releasing from a double team on the DT to take on the defensive end before Moreno even arrived at the hole.

One thing I noticed about our corners is that when attempting to handle a receiver like Dez Bryant, there's really only so much they can do. There were points where he made catches over Grimes and Davis that were almost unfair. Romo even ran over to Bryant before one snap after noticing the coverage and then proceeded to throw an easy slant over Will Davis, that's pretty much as ****y and obvious as you can get.

And while there were definitely a ton of issues that presented themselves last night as well like the absurd number of fumbles and some of Tanne's questionable throws, most of what I took away from this game was optimism for the upcoming season.

I took a lot of positives from the game too. I was shocked at how Tannehill played, but I'm not really worried. He started the game out great and just kind of faltered late. Didn't like dion jordan getting stoned anytime he was in. Starting to look like a bad pick

Jordan has been lined up at DE and dropping off to cover the TE. Too bad he cant play NE.

Dion Jordan graded out well according to PFF. one of the top performers yesterday on D.

Other than that one pass did Tanned I'll really play that bad? I thought he played well except for that one play. On the Mike Wallace overthrow Wallace looked lost trying to track the ball... with his speed if he just kept running he would have had a good shot at catching up to it.

There were 2 bad throws. The pick, and another to Sims on the left that was behind him and very well could've been a pick.

On the throw to Wallace, which was obviously a timed release pattern, many fail to realize that Wallace had already blown the play right after he left the LoS, dancing around, juking, wasting at LEAST 5 yards. Had he just gotten into his route without trying to be Reggie Bush, he'd have been in the perfect spot to catch that pass.
