Rams released CB Fakhir Brown.

That the news comes less than a week after Brown replaced Tye Hill in the starting lineup is amazing. Who is making the decisions in St. Louis? Brown, who has been playing through a partially torn rotator cuff, could receive an injury settlement.

Chargers cut CB DeJuan Tribble.
The rookie sixth-rounder goes to make room for the newly signed defensive tackle Ian Scott.

I know Fakhir is injured, but he was able to play with St. Louis. I wonder if the Tifecta would take a flyer on the guy, I doubt it. Tribble is a young player with good potential

We can't keep cutting players and signing new ones at this point because there would be more and more people on our roster who would not know the system.

I understand what you mean, but I would defitnetly sign Fakhir and easily realease Tyrone Culver. You cannot tell me that is an upgrade. Brown was starting, and alot are really questioning the move.

Just a thought.

Tribble is a shrimp. He's fast as all hell but I think too short.

Fakhir Brown, hasn't really played ever.....I remember when he played in the CFL he's ok but not any real help IMO.

I thought Tribble was pretty good at BC, his only problem was he gambled for interceptions too often and sometimes put himself in bad positions. That seems like a mental thing to me that could be corrected with good coaching. I think it'd be interesting to bring him into the practice squad.

we are as good as we are going to get...
People on here under estimate Renaldo Hill so much.
He was a playmaker for us 2 years ago. and as you saw on sunday, he was around the ball a lot as well.

if lehan is healthy he is also a good #2 option for corner. Will Allen has shown why we have kept him on this team because he is a very solid corner.

Hill is defitnetl not underestimated by me and I think he will prove alot of people wrong now that he is in the starting lineup. Our Corners played better this week, but I with SD coming in next week and seeing what they did to the Jets makes me wonder.

Granted the Chargers line is a little banged up and that might help us out.

any given week anything can happen.

we get beat by the jets, the patriots beat the jets, you would think if that were the case in the end we would get beaten by the patriots, but we put a whomping on the pats. we just need to blitz the crap out of rivers and collapse the pocket. when he is rushed he makes some pretty erratic throws, and with the way the defense played the pats i think we can capitalize on those erratic throws. not to mention LT isn't doing so hot. their offensive line does not look too good at all when they run the ball.
