...the "offensive genius" head coach has been a major disappointment. Ajayi and a weaker schedule got us into the playoffs last year. How the hell do you get shutout twice in a season and four times in the first half already?
It's still early but Laremy Tunsil has not lived up to the draft hype/position.
We have got to figure out this offensive line once and for all in the offseason. Why is that we never stumble into a good guard in the later rounds of the draft?
Parker has got to stay healthy.
Our run defense continues to blow.
Suh has not lived up to the contract whatsoever.
Outside of a few splash plays, Reshad Jones has looked terrible.
We need 17 back. Never been the biggest fan but he is definitely missed.
I ****ing hate the Ravens. I won't take this team seriously as any sort of playoff contender until we whoop them.

Gase is a fraud. He has never been an offensive genius. Peyton Manning ran the offense when Gase was the OC in Denver. I didn't like the hire of Gase in the first place. Tunsil needs to go back to LG next year. I don't think he has the smarts to play LT.

agree on everything but Suh, he plays but people around him not so much.

Tunsil is definitely not as good as advertised. Looks like that wasn't the steal everyone made it out to be.

For all the praise this front office was getting around here (not by me) their colossal failure of not addressing the O-line, yet again, is so freakin glaring it's embarrassing. It's band aid after band aid and failure upon failure.

Nate Allen is one slow to react son of a gun. Zero range on that guy. Wasn't even missed when he left the game.

Unless Jay Ajayi is breaking tackles he's not getting any yards and the last two weeks he hasn't broken any tackles.

Our rookie tackles looked like rookies yesterday. They got beat bad.

Harris can't set the edge in the run game...they ran to his side often and it was a big gain every time.

I asked this question in the chat last night but how many times is Gase going to continue to call those freakin bubble screens to the WR until he finally realizes they don't work?

Why are we running Landry up field when he can't get separation?

This team is excruciatingly painful to watch. The 2007, although they only had 1 win, was more entertaining. We didn't break 100 yards of offense until late in the 3rd quarter. The offensive line has handcuffed the offense but this goes deeper than just the O-line. We're too predictable on offense, there are far too many plays that happen at or behind the line of scrimmage, the deep passing game is none existent this year as well as the intermediate passing game, the depth on this team is not as good as any of us thought it was.

I attribute Tunsil's development or lack thereof a result of coaching. We had a coke head responsible and Gase and crew ignoring the glaring piss poor performance for some time now. I would bet that Tunsil on a quality team would turn into a vg player.

I just can't turn on Gase so early in his career as a HC. I know I keep defending him guys...........

People are overreacting lol we are 4-3 right in the mix for a playoff spot and you'd think the world is falling. We don't have our starting qb, what did you expect 12-4 this year? I wasn't expecting more than 8 wins this year and we are have way there with 7 games played.

As for Tunsil, relax. He hasn't even played a full year at LT, his coach was snorting coke, not an ideal situation for a position that is probably the second hardest to play for a young player.

Oline sucks but did we really think they'd be good? We knew we had a weak interior and came into the season using no resources to grab talent on the inside.

While technically you are correct. There's no freakin way this team makes the playoffs. I've never heard of a team getting shutout in the first half of 4 of it's first 7 games and shutout twice in 7 games ever making the playoffs. I've never heard of a team making the playoffs being 32nd in most every offensive category.

Take the rose colored glasses off, this team is going nowhere. The only thing left to determine is where they will be picking among the top 20 picks of the draft. The Rams started the season 3-1 last year and finished 4-12...this has a similar feel to it.

We are 4 and 3 with no real starting QB, a horrible O-line, and a supposed stud receiver that does not seem to be able to reach that status (When he is not hurt). Without doubt far to early to jump all over Gase.

I'm not all that upset with Gase the HC. I am upset with Gase the OC.
If you're continually having to simplify the offense because of personnel and their lack of intelligence then you should have replaced them during the offseason. You can't run a simple offense in the NFL today unless you have dominant players who can execute flawlessly every time. We clearly don't have that. If you ran 10 plays to perfection, every time, you'd probably have some success...more than what we've seen from this team. But we can't even execute these simple plays and it's a combination of the players and the coaching. I heard that McVey, the 31 year old coach of the Rams, will make the team run a play over and over and over until they run it to perfection. Gase should probably do the same thing. I can't understand how, 7 games into the season, guys still aren't sure where to line up on offense. Does this make any sense to anyone?

Thing is, he is a victim of his past success, and his own high confidence of his offense. He believes his offense can make due without high priced O-linemen, and he never expected Tannehill to go down. When he did, he did not panic, considering he knew if he could get Cutler to come back for one more year, he could coach him to be less inconsistent, as he did when he was in Chicago...problem was in practice Cutler was looked like someone that had been retired for quite a few years, rather then just one offseason, and that offensive line looked even worse then last year.

Gase is still somewhat feeling his way on what t do in certain situations, but that probably would be a great idea to keep running a play until they have it down, because right now instead of getting comfortable with where to line up and what their assignments are, they are looking more confused each week.

All that aside, he has not lost the team, other then last night, they will not quit, and going into the halfway point, are still in the playoff picture, how much more he can get from this team we will see in the next 9 straight games, but for now, I still believe in Gase.

You never know. In 2001 the Ravens went 2-1 over a 3 game stretch where the offense didn't score a TD.

Their defense was also giving up something like 12 points per game that year. It was a record setting defense if I recall.
