Somebody give Zach a sandwich...

I had noticed that Zach looked smaller than ever. He has even been bouncing off WR's @ times, and getting pushed around like a empty sack of potato's.

I was also thinking that.

I have noticed he seems to be whiffing on more tackles, but maybe he has just been around the ball that much more so his mistakes have seemed to be more often? Who knows
 
He whiffed on Ahman Green on his way to a 70yd touchdown. I love Zach as much as anyone, Wear his Jersey every Sunday i watch the Dolphins, but he is not the Player he was in the Past, not even close. Sorry.

well with that said he can be traded
 
I would trade him in the offseason(possible late 2nd or Early 3rd Rd Pick) for Sure, by the Time the Rebuilding process is finished he will be through anyway.

You would trade him to who? I love Zach, and he's been a great contributor for a long time, but who in their right mind is going to trade for an old, small, and slow LB with lots of mileage?

you hit the nail on the head. The problem is he is missing more plays then he ever has.

Maybe the guy has a Thyroid problem or chrones disease. I would think with the time he's been with the dolphins he be used to losing by now.

He is having a prototypical ZACH year .... nothing more, nothing less

He has always accrued tackles, whiffed on many, bounced off many -- because his 'technique' has NEVER been one of wrapping up .... it has always been based on CONTACT. WHY: 2 reasons ... 1- it takes more effort to wrap up and 2- makes you more injury prone.

ZACH is and has been a great PHIN ... he has about 1 more year left in the tank ... you can't base his projected longevity on his # of tackles .... as that is the DESIGN of this defense ... the defense makes ZACH ... ZACH does NOT make the defense.
