We will face all 4 of our preseason opponents in the regular season as well... I have never seen this happen before(not that I pay attention to any other teams preseason schedule but ours)... I know the preseason is pretty vanilla anyway but I wonder if this would dictate what we do going in to each preseason game

Yes we do! Its one of the unique parts of our schedule. Im sure there's a reason why the geniuses up stairs did this

aren't they all close in location? thats actually a good thing in the regular season because it means less long distance trips.

Yes they are. We only travel once to the West Coast this season, and outside of our division games, all of our road games are in the South. Too bad the San Diego game comes on a short week though

yeah even though we have a hard schedule the times, and trips are favorable, for the exception of playing carolina sunday, and the bucs thursday, or vice versa

we usually play short travel teams during the pre-season. i don't recall how many times we've played Jacksonville, Tampa, Atlanta or New Orleans. it feels like we play these guys each and every year. this year we're throwing in Carolina for a change.

We played Carolina in the preseason in 2006.

It was Culpepper's debut in the preseason. And I clearly remember Jake Delhomme looking horrible in that game. Just God awful.

So what you do is something like Tennessee did; throw in a trick play to make them think about it when you line up that way in the regular season

I think this year the preseason games mean more. You try to learn anything and everything you can from these teams.

GreasyO is right. No one will show anything. This is about getting players lined up and experience playing with the lights on...nothing exotic either way.
