ok someone please help me, i was just watching the replay of the bengals and panthers and watching carson palmer i noticed that he, does not move with a limp, steps into his throws, runs pretty darn good and moves side to side as good as ever. so tell me this him and cpepp had pretty much the same injury right? i know cpepp had 1 more ligament but the major ones acl and mcl were the same as palmer right? and cpepp has had longer to rehab right? so why am i watching palmer do his thing and cpepp is in street clothes? imo we need to see cpepp in action sometime this season, we need to no if this guy is done or not, all i want for christmas is to see cpepp back to his old form on christmas night vs. the jets, that would give him 11 weeks to heal up,imo if he is not playing christmas night he will never play for us again! i dont want a qb contraversy next year!

Might have somthing to do with the O line but I havent been able to catch any Bengals games so far.

Might have something to do with Saban using the injury as an excuse to bench him for his pathetic play.

I had though about that also, It was Amazing even back in the pre season, Carson Palmers first game it was Bingo 3 TD's right off the bat. Looked like he never missed a beat. I did not like what i saw out of CPep, He looked absolutely lost at times, like he had forgot how to play QB, I was thinking then as i am know were in Big Trouble if he is our Future. I am not sold on Harrington either. Sucks to be a Dolfan right about now, HUH?

pretty sure ithey had the same injury, and pep's had longer to recover. What i think, its an excuse for saban who realized pep cant play in a structured offense.Trust me if we fallter early next year, were going to hear how pep still isnt %100. Always need an excuse in place.

Is dif..

Guys!!! it's dificult to say but we are screw to the bones!! We are over paying for yunk!! and a lot of junk we have. Plus with some mercenaries in it and there you have it a perfect 1-6 record. What we have is a lot of afraid player & alot more of player that doesn't gift a ****. A coaching staff scare of there mistakes and been afraid to point the finger ,even to themself.
DC is over, he is in a path of no return, there is no desire, just motivation to look good phisically. GO DOLPHINS!! :dolphins: (in 2010, maybe)

He did not have the same injury that Culpepper had...he only tore one of the tendons, Culpepper tore 3 of them.

i might be wrong but i heard that palmers was one of the worst EVER

Nope -- that was the work of a good doctor who either didn't have press experience or sucks with the press. He was explaining that knee ligament tear is a very serious thing and made it sound like he was saying that Palmer's ligament was one of the worst knee ligament tears ever. He was corrected the next day, but that wasn't newsworthy like his original comments were.

The answer here is that Palmer and Culpepper are different people with different injuries even if part of the injury is the same. It might be different because Culpepper's injury was worse. It might be different because Palmer's genes are just better somehow. It might be different because Palmer worked his butt off more than Culpepper did. It might be because Palmer wasn't much of a runner to start with compared to Culpepper. You never know. It is true that it's amazing what Palmer has done, though. Nobody should be held to that standard, including Palmer should he have the misfortune of hurting another ligament.

that is right. he needs to be out

Palmer has made a recovery, Culpepper has not. Palmer has mobility, Culpepper does not. That is the difference. QB's need to move around and avoid the sack, and that is what the difference is.
