While watching the game yesterday i was really thinking about something. Where the is the intimidating presence on defense? The player that will step up and knock somebody's head off? It's something that we have lacked since the days of John Offerdahl. Thoughts?

You mean like the Steelers Defense, or even the Fins did in our opener against Denver last year. We are flat and the players look as if they do not really care. You would think these guys want to lay the lumber to someone on every play.

It's sad when Wes Welker has the best hit so far this season.

Seriously, i think that Jason Allen could definately be that guy on our defense that lays the big hits on WRs that try to go through the middle. You have make them think twice when they go through the middle of the field, that's how they drop balls.
