Surprised Smith is declaring... not so surprised at Casey..
Smith is definitely going to have to add some weight to that frame... and 1 year of starting experience for the most part at right tackle is going to ding him in the eyes of scouts. Proving you're durable and dependable with many, many games of film to watch is something scouts take very seriously with offensive lineman..
I'm not quite as high on Smith as I was Charles Brown last year... but Smith's potential is significant if he adds weight. Guy has the frame of a chiseled tight end..
