SPARANO addresses bad play calling DIRECTLY!!!!

I was just watching the post game PC, and Sparano says these exact statements..

"I know there were a few drives in the second half where we started on first down with a pass. Then we were in 2'nd and 10 which is not a good situation."

"I think one time we had 6 passes in a row which both lead to 3 N' Out drives. That is never good"
there were a few other things similar to that too...

SPARANO BARELY EVER says anything to the media like this, and I think this is a definite sign that he was NOT HAPPY with the play calling at all in the second half.

We can blame Ginn, blame the defense, blame Bess, blame gibril, or blame whoever we want, but really the worst part of our game plan was our second half play calling.. and our coach addressed this DIRECTLY!! hell yah!!!!!!!!!!! :chuckle:
 
Oh thank God.

I only joined the forum (instead of continuing to lurk) to express this exact sentiment.

Ginn blows, but not as bad as that play calling. If the man can't catch the ball ... DO NOT THROW IT TO HIM. And Sparano is being friendly - I think they had 8 straight incompletes, then a run play (which got positive yardage - I think 4 yards), then two more incompletes.

JUST BRUTAL. Who the HELL is on the sidelines, Sean Peyton's little brother?

How many of those drops were repeatedly to Ginn?

If the coaches don't stop calling Ginn plays, the Fins are going to lose a lot more games.

If Henne doesn't learn to check down to a man that can catch, he's going to be back on the bench for simply doing what the idiot play caller is telling him to do.
 
If henne doesn't stop throwing pick 6's it doesn't matter. 3 td passes to the dolphins, 3 td passes to the opponents. that is pretty embarrassing.

2 pick 6's. One was a gift from Ginn, the other the receiver ran in when he should have gone out.

Not saying ginn was the only one to drop the ball. Ricky had 1 I know of and fasono.
 
LEAVE IT TO MCMICHAEL TO TRY AND DO ANYTHING TO DIVERT BLAME AWAY from TED GINN

I seriously believe McMichael is Ted Ginn Jr's mom or dad or brother or soemthing like that.

No matter what, McMichael sits on Ginn's lap and defends him and tries anything to divert blame and point fingers somewhere else.

Love him no matter what, right? only blood does that.
 
Yes but this is becoming the norm for Ginn. He has dropped critical passes against the Colts and Saints and was the cause of a pick 6 today.
 
It was bizarro world out there. NO runs it on us in the second and we become a high flying passing team for some reason
 
This season's 2-4 seems worse than last years 2-4...once again miami has another must win game against the jets.
 
Who really cares, this team pretty much sucks, and our schedule has proven it. Although not as bad as 1-15, but we still have a lot of games left to reach 2-14. LOL

Go Phins!!! Why do we all bother?! Same ole crap, different year.
