Sparano backs his coordinators

Problem isn't neccesarily the coordinators if they don't have the players they need to execute the plays. It goes hand in hand Bad players make Bad coordinators and Great players make Great coordinators. We definitely have some holes to fill before we can start laying all the blame on the coords.

He'd better be careful. Loyalty is an admirable trait, but, it's obvious that we stick with gameplans longer than we need to, and, that opponants are a step ahead of us. to start with.

I can't stop picturing that Sparano is Julius Caesar in this situation, and having faith in these coordinators is only going to make things go down the drain.

I seriously think he's installed as a Parcells initiative. As a Parcells guy, he's got to accept whatever is thrust on him.

Dude is going to be fighting for his job next year in a minute.

They've only been here a couple years and have been dealing with rookie players. Problem with switching coordinators all the time is it keeps the players in a perpetual state of learning and the players don't really shine until the plays becomes second nature to them. And whose to say the coordinators we get to replace them aren't worse? It's too much of a gamble and much to early to be talking about replacing coordinators IMO

Plus i'm sure part of the problem with opponents being a step ahead of us is the fact that most of the rookies lack a vast understanding of the playbook so they are dealing with a limited portion of it. Which makes it much easier for opponents to gameplan against us. Replacing coordinators doesn't fix this it makes it worse in that the players have to start all over again. Whereas with a year under thier belts more plays will open up next year under this same system. I know Henning in particular works with Henne and stays within the plays he feels most comfortable with.

Just like he backed our OL coach last year, who was immediately axed after the season.

It's the "Vote Of Confidence".....

I'm not even looking at the record. It's **** like our offensive line platooning so much that we waste 10 seconds because nobody knws who's supposed to be in and where they are supposed to be. That was the one play that fuking angered me.

or the "Kiss of Death" It's basically the same thing.

Even if he wasn't happy with them, Sparano is not the type to throw them under the bus.... at least in public. He likes to keep that stuff behind closed doors.

I do like Sparano, but if he is in fact afraid to make decisions like this because of Parcells, then I wouldn't mind seeing him gone.

I just could absolutely not stand to see Henning and Pasqualoni back next year all because Sparano is scared of Parcells. That would piss me the **** off. I'm so tired of going into every game where I'm not surprised if we run a triple reverse for a 40 yard loss, or we run the same scheme on D over and over, even if we're getting torched using it.

And at the same time, if Parcells is putting that kind of pressure on Sparano, then why the hell doesn't he get his *** down there and coach?

I'm not saying it's the case......I'm just saying. I'm going to be interested to see how this progresses.

Yeah I gotcha. Let's just all hope it ends how we want it to.. I would just hate to see these same coordinators out there next season.
