"I'm happy with what Ted has done. . . . He doesn't make mental errors. He is fast in his routes. He's very visible to me on film. The ball just hasn't gone his way in two games. That happens sometimes."

According to Sparano, the offensive coaches need to do a better job of getting Ginn, the Dolphins 2007 first-round pick, more involved early in games.

i'm glad he's calling out the offensive coaches. let's get him the ball in space! That'll be our best chance of beating this semi-slow defense

I'm hoping Parcells sat down and had a one on one with him and he gets that straightened out. I hope we come out and go down field to Ginn on the very first play.

Ginn was on the field for approximately 29 plays against the Cardinals and Sparano said limiting his role allowed the speedster to "play really fast." Can onyone tell me what that means?. I have had faith in this staff but quotes like these really bother me.

the coaches got to get him the ball quick cause I know he is good. put his *** on the return team too. that's the reason we drafted him too.

I assume "Play really fast" ,means "Totally ignore him in the scheme."

How is it every team the Dolphins play, the other teams playmakers always seem to have career days against us and their coaches always seem to find away to get them the ball? Our coaches always seem to have lame *** reason for not getting our players involved.

They could get Ginn the ball as long as he doesn't run further than 20 yds. Any further and he is out of range of noodle arm.

Would like to point out...Cameron, an infinitely better OC than Henning, got Ginn the ball as well as one could with Green, Lemmon or Beck at QB.

We are suffering primarily from coaching changes that don't fit the players previous regimes selected. One can only hope that the 'tough love' approach that Parcells no doubt passed down to Sparano will make Ginn a better player.

It's fortunate for the triplets that Cam had the wherewithal to draft a man with great talents as well as great character.
