Tony Sparano, Miami

Even though he hasn't had a game yet, Tony Sparano is still on the hot seat in the fan's eyes. Sparano takes over a team that received massive criticism after last year's draft. And the downward spiral that former coach Cam Cameron sent them on afterwards was downright atrocious.

Sparano will have to prove himself right off the bat. He has the first pick in this year's draft, and the Dolphins are in dyer need of rebuilding. The Fins will need to find a quarterback asap, and continue on down the path. A veteran will suffice for the moment, but they will need some serious help. And for the love pigskin, put duct tape on Jason Taylor's mouth.

For Sparano: Make things happen right out of the gate.

For Taylor: Shut your piehole and just play. Earn your awards on the field, not off.

For the record, I do not agree with what was said here. Sparano may or may not work out, but as long as Parcells is calling the shots, Sparano is not on the hot seat.

Also, I didn't appreciate the shots at Jason Taylor.

Jason needs to take what he begs for. The poor little baby wants attention and now he can have it without his stupid self-glorifieing heart punch and dancing with the losere show. I don't agree about Sparano though. He will get more time than Cam whether he blows this draft or not IMO.

Its funny how fans and the media criticized last year's draft, when in actuality it turned out to be pretty solid.
Ginn looks promising, Satele is awesome, Booker looks like he will be dangerous, jury is still not out on Beck, Soliai & Mormino will add depth.

Sparano hasnt even drafted one player yet, no way he's on the hot seat. What a joke!

And anyway, with Parcells and Ireland in the front office and the three of them working together Sparano wont ever be on the hot seat in the near future.

I agree. He drafted better then the two clowns before him did. And most (not all) of his offensive plays were better then seeing run left, run right, run middle, punt. Like we saw for years with the other two.

Sparano does not have the first pick in the draft... Parcells and Ireland do....

Sparano just needs to coach

Sparano gets a big pass. If the fins fail it is the TUNA who will be sweating not Tony. Please leave JT alone, he loves playing dress up and dancing so what?
