During the press conference today he kind of called out Ginn without naming name.
After Sunday lost, he pointed to the lack of qb pressure.
And he also pointed out the deficiency of offense and defense after the first few losses.
All those seem to indicate he was not happy with players execution as well as the O and D game plan. All his talk seem to pointing to other people not doing their jobs.

But I have yet heard him pointing the finger to himself...say something like " its my fault the team did not prepare well" or "I take the responsibility, the buck stops here"
By involving Ginn in the critical time because he showed he can return kick...is that ultimately his call.

Dude you post is completely wrong. I have heard him take the blame many times. he says that it starts with the coaches and (I) we have to do a better job.

Well , he is the head coach... it is not his fault Ginn didn't catch the ball, it his his fault Ginn was there...

If all the dropped passes were completed, and if all the missed tackles were made, we would be 8-0 right now. You cant blame coaching on this one, it comes down to execution.

He should start putting it on players. We have played some tough teams but its no reason why we should lose to them. It seems when our O shows up then our D doesnt. Or when our D shows up our O doesnt. I think we would be fine if our offense didn't call stupid plays at stupid times. Work on 3rd downs and how to handle the blitz. For every 'great' play Henning calls, he calls 3 bad ones.

Alright, so a coach's success is based on who he blames in press conferences. Gotcha.

It's not called passing the buck it is called holding players "accountable."

Holding players accountable indeed and it needs to be done just not through the media. That just shows lack of character and gives the impression of desperation.

I am however in favor of sending a message to light a fire without name dropping.

We all gave him all the credits in the world last year, me included.
But seems like he get a pass here this season.
