I was listening to The Joe Rose Showand he said and could confirm that Coach Sparano is trying to get the throwback uniforms. I don't think this alternate uniform cut off theory holds true. It wasn't announced that we were going to wear the Orange up until a week befor the Jet game. So we still may see the throwbacks...hopefully the 1972 or 1984 uniforms.

I think that we will be wearing throwbacks for the Jets & Patriots game. On the Miami Dolphins Online Shope they are selling a T Shirts promoting those two legacy games. Here are the links. Note the throwback helmet on the Dolphins Patriots T shirt

that would be cool, they're honoring the 84 team for the Saints game arent they? maybe they wear them that game, and the Legacy games too of course
 
Hope they do get to wear the throwbacks. It would look weird other wise with the other team in their throwbacks and we are in our current uniforms.

Nothing looks good next to the fugly Jest throwbacks. My eyes will hurt for a week, but at least we'll get a W! :hump:
 
i would love the 1984 ones better they make more sense
 
So we have 3 NFL Legacy Games and unless **** changes we're going to be wearing our modern jerseys while the Jets, Pats, and Bills wear their throwbacks. That would be retarded.

Parcells talked about how he greatly respected our history as an NFL franchise.. I think our front office and coaching staff really like being part of the Miami Dolphins.

Multiple throwback games this year wearing our classics would be great.

If they can pull off the orange in short notice, they can bring on the throwbacks.
 
another reason why tony is the shiznit..
this makes him look good to the dolphin alumni, although they probably already love him
 
Tony is quickly becoming a godsend. He seems like a great coach across the board. Even with little things like this.
