Really sad when your 8 year old son says.."Dad our coach has no idea what he is doing. He looks ridiculous out there" really I never been so anti Dolphins fan in my life. Ross get rid of this clown. He is not a coach god dammit.

He would be a pretty moronic "soccer" coach then because knocking the ball over the bar doesn't get you any points. Gaelic football maybe closer to what you mean.
To the question anything that doesn't involve the motivation and coaching of other people because these are clearly not his strengths
