Well my prediction would be that hes going to find out what type of players he has and find systems that fit them.
Theres no way he can judge what type of players he has right now, because half of the players we have right now wont be on the team come next year.
This is the perfect situation for a coach, to have a system that you want to go with and have an entire front office dedicated to bringing in the players that fit that system.
I imagine that he will focus on three things on the offense:
Great Offensive Line: He was an O-Linemen, so he knows their importance.
Solid Quarterback: The switch from Bledsoe, who held the ball too long and stared down hid receivers, to Romo showed a willingness to change and not stick with a Fiedler. Look for us to start green until we know if Beck or whoever they bring in, is good enough.
Also, when Sparano was "O-Coordinator" last year in Dallas, his QB needed to make use of all receivers and the philosophy was get the ball to as many people as possible, make everyone a star. (its why Bledsoe didnt pan out and why TO liked it. He got the ball too)
A Ground Attack: Marion Barber and Julius Jones. Two solid running backs, both completely different types of runners. Remind you of anyone? Its why Parcells kept Ricky Williams. Williams and Brown, two completely different types of backs, Brown for the middle lanes, Williams for the outside and speed bursts.
Thats just my guess. Cant imagine the defense because I don't know anything about his defensive preferences, and we wont have many def. players back next season.
