Personally, I have been a bit worried about our special teams play. What do we need to clean that up?

We will be fine, we had a couple blown assignments but we were great on kick coverage last year and Im sure we will do it again.
Welker will be steady as ever.

im not worried about our special teams either..thats one side of the team i dont worry about..we will be solid this year on special teams...Coach Keith Armstrong will have them boys fired up and ready to go :yes:

nah our special teams only really had one bad game we will be sweet there especially with wes welker on the returns he is the maddest
Man did u see Mare against St. Louis, man he might go for a touchback every kickoff this season . . . he was PO'ed that Carolina Game. With him back there and the way Jones has been punting, our special teams IMO is at least top 10 right now. I honestly think ST isn't a problem at all, we were experimenting with different guys on ST, but when we have OUR guys in there, we have great coverage IMO. IMO a top 5 team for overall special teams . . . maybe the best if Welker can get us some good returns this year.

But when Mare doesn't get a TB it's almost like our ST players were so lacking in getting the guy down they would always get it to atleast the 30. It's like they think it's gonna be a TB everytime and if it's not they're too surprised to react. Losing a couple of stellar STers didn't help either.
