Sporting News Top 20 TE's.

Haha, I have to admit, that happens to me as well, every single time. And I've seen the video probably about 15 times now, it just never gets old. It would be just incredible for another amazing and emotional season to unfold before us again.

I hope so!

The one truly amazing replay to me was MERLING's INT. The determination with how he made the INT and ran that ball back, shedding freakin' JETS like water off a duck's back, was amazing. Here's to more highlights like that this year!

Sorry about error, fixed. Still AMAZING play.

Why do people keep saying "Langford" INT? Probably because the announcer messed it up during the game. That was Phillip Merling not Langford, notice the number 97 not 70.

gates is to low, and fasano should be up there.......rookie on the list? wow......also if winslow never piled up injuries he would be the best Tight End in the league, better then his father

Don't worry about these rankings. Its the Sporting News!
Its like winning a grammy! It doesn't matter..

What is the deal with people posting all these Sporting Goods rankings? It's obvious that they have no clue what they are talking about..

I might need to pursue a job where you rank different positions throughout the NFL for no real reason at all.

what do you spect from a list who has JASON WHITTEN ahead of TONY GONZALES

well boys as long as Bajema and MCMICHAEL are on this list i can only say that Fasano should be the #3 . it is the moral thing to do.

1. bajema
2. Mcmichael
3 Gonzalas
4 Fasano
5 Donald Lee
6. jeremy Shockey

the great and lovable Acefin has spoken and now i leave you to drink beer and chase women. try not to chase any of my women , that how resentments get started.

Its obvious blocking wasn't taken into consideration when the writer came up with his list. It looks like its based on fantasy football numbers.

I like Chris Cooley over Hieth Miller or Kellen I like to drop it when it counts Winslow.

You have to look at it this way...we probably have the best "pair" of TE's in the league. Guess who is #1 baby as a team for TDs??? That is what its all about....Right??? The Phins!!! With 11....

Also as a team...we are 8th in total yards from the TE position...I'll take that...

First of all, I like our TE's, but I think those 11 TD's were more of a product of Chad. He relies so heavily on his TE's in the red-zone. I know the TE's still have to catch the ball and run good routes, but I just don't think you can base the talent of our TE's on how many TD's they caught alone. Now Fasano made some really nice plays last year and probably deserves to be in the Top 20, but I understand why he may not be as respected as our fans think he should be. He will prove he deserves to be in the Top 20 after this year, for sure. Having to compete with Witten in Dallas was really hurting Fasano and I think we definitely got him on the cheap b/c of that.

the top 10 is accurate IMO, after that, the list is clearly off the handle... Ben Watson for god sakes? That guy has nothing left and shouldnt be considered anywhere near a top 20 list.. now top 40, lets talk
