If they say we are going to eventually going to get renovations in the stadium, why did they propose that godawful flat roof? what do you guys think of a marlins ballpark style roof...seems like it would just kinda be like a "plug and play" roof.... opinions?

I have never been although every year I consider flying down but the thought of going to the middle of a wasteland, roasting in the sun in a seat that looks miles away from the action in a lifeless atmosphere has little appeal.

It's not that bad Joe. Just don't go early in the season. Wait til the heat calms down a bit. I used to go with my grand parents, who were season ticket holders, every year as a kid.

And when the Fins start winning and we have consistent QB play, that stadium will look and feel like a more than capable solution. Winning makes everything look better and I have been in that stadium when it was "rocking" . . . at meaningful Dolphin games and at a World Series game for the Marlins . . . trust me, that place gets loud. People just need a reason to get loud.

It gets hot, sure, but that was never a problem when Marino was QB and we were winning games. It was an advantage.

Suck it up, you can't sit in the heat for 3 hours? come on. The heat is not an excuse for poor attendance.

You admit yourself you've never been so why do you classify the surrounding area as a wasteland? And miles away in a lifeless atmosphere. You sure do use pretty sweet adjectives based on somewhere you've never been.
