Head Coach: Russ Grimm (Proven assistant head coach and offensive coordinator, has coached some of the best offensive players, comes from a proven pedigree)

Offensive Coordinator: Trooper Taylor (assistant coach and WR coach from Auburn) young, smart offensive co who has coached some big time players in the SEC.

Running Back Coach: Ron Gould (assistant head coach and RB co) http://bleacherreport.com/articles/444817-is-ron-gould-the-best-running-backs-coach-in-the-country

What I'd like to see for 2012?

A Super Bowl 46 banner being hung when we host the first Thursday night game of the season.






Let's worry about 2011 first, ok?

If you're against the idea of discussing the very real possibility of having a new regime place for the 2012 season, simply don't enter the topic.

This is not Madden, you can't simulate through a season and go straight to the offseason. Get on board with the 2011 Miami Dolphins or go pester another message board. Tired of all the negativity, we are 9 days away from our first exhibition game, this team needs to come together and this team needs it's fanbase completely behind them. **** 2012.
 
For some reason I thought it said stuff and not staff. Still... too soon

Seems like you're the one doing the pestering. No one put a gun to your head and told you to open this thread. Just see yourself out if you're so opposed to it.
 
Been on Finheaven a long time and this is one of the worst threads I've seen.
