How much skill, luck and talent, as the driver of a Freightliner, would it take to pin a person against another vehicle, not injure the person being pinned in any way OR touch the other vehicle with your Freightliner?

It's impossible, it's a Freightliner(Semi, Cab only), this whole thing is a joke.

This kind of stuff makes me so angry, this is a serious felony charge, if convicted, Starks would be DONE. Career over.

I'm sure Starks purposely maneuvered his Semi to pin this cop up against another car. Ridiculous.

I'll bet anybody $100.00 dollars the arresting cop has little man syndrome and needs power, OR just has a tiny D**K and is pissed off at the world.

I would love to hear any perspective that the Cop could possibly have to make this charge justified.

What is the Cop really going to say to justify this charge? “Oh, Starks drove at me viscously traveling 2 MPH with clear intent of malicious harm by crushing me against another car, I tried to jump out of the way but it all just happened so fast, I’m truly blessed to have walked away uninjured” HaHaHa,

Am I right? Is this absolutely 100% insane?

If Starks would have just stopped the vehicle when the cop initially asked him to he wouldn't be in this mess.

So your of the opinion that Starks, completely sober, intentoinally drove away from the Cop at 2 mph, assuming they he would never be caught?

So why did he eventually pull over? He just wanted to pin the Cop first, then stop the vehicle immediatly after?

Ya, it seems fairly obvious to me that Starks was unaware that the Tiny D++K Cop was trying to stop him.

I can't say for sure obviously but my guess is Starks was fooling around and showing off, just being stupid. He probably pissed the cop off and that is my take. Whether the pinning happened is his word against the cops. I'm pretty damn sure he knew the cop was asking him to stop considering he was pounding on his window.

When a cop tells you to stop just stop or expect that things will go bad for you.

I really believe he was fooling around though.

It's rediculous to assume Starks was aware the cop was trying to stop him, and intentionally ignored his request. But very shortly after he stopped his vehicle.

Doesn't make any sense.

It's more likely that the cop is tiny, considering the rediculous charge, and the Freightliner is huge, and Starks was unaware that the tiny cop with the tiny d**k, was trying to get his attention to make him stop.

Starks is still responsible . Claiming you were "just playing" or claiming you didn't see him is no excuse. Its like firing a bullet past someones head and saying "I was just trying to get his attention" or running a stop light and saying "I didn't see it".

It's 100 percent totally bogus. I called it for what it was as soon as it happened. See the previous thread on this -- very detailed. Several threads actually.

But yes, you are right. You smell a rat and 2+2 don't make four in this case.

Little man syndrome or nearly corrupt cop syndrome: ain't much difference in those two things.

Starks is guilty of having fun and being a bit stupid but he didn't perpetrate a felony. And it will come out soon.

Starks will be fine.

stallworth should get WAY more than 30 days in prison
it isnt right

I have to agree with the sentiment posted on this thread. This is complete and utter bullcrap.

Its not like he was trying to get away at a whopping 2 miles per hour. He probably didn't even realize the cop was approaching him. But you know like they say there is always the good cop and there is always the bad cop.

Bottom line for me is the cop wrote an inaccurate police report, he charged Starks with a crime he couldn't hope to convict and didn't gather anywhere near enough evidence to make it stick, and this case will be dropped shortly.

I thought maybe Randy would still get a traffic citation but you know what? I wonder if that will even happen.

I hope you are right.
