Starters Play Count for Game #2?

Last year, RT and the O played 19 snaps, and the D was in for 11. Depending on how the game goes, I can see them playing longer this year.

The first team snaps for Smith and College is going to be interesting with both fighting to start. They will be going up vs Gerald McCoy, a great DT.

Last year our second game was really everyone else's first game since we had played in the hof game. I'd go back to 2012 to get a better idea of Philbins play count for 1st teamers. Also since this is a new oc I'd actually think that game 2 might be more than usual.

My guess is the starters play the entire first quarter and maybe a drive in the 2nd quarter.

I can see the 1's playing the entire first quarter.

2's and any 1/2 battles playing 2nd and 3rd quarter.

3's and scaps play 4th try and show something before Monday cuts.

Thanks, forgot about that. Can't find 2012 but in game #3 of 5 for us the O was in for 30 snaps, and D for 11.

I wouldn't be surprised if the starters played into the second quarter.
