Does anyone know what the starting line-up will be for sunday?

Offense
LT - Damion McIntosh
LG - Jeno James
C - Seth McKinney
RG - Rex Hadnot
RT - Vernon Carey
QB - Gus Frerote
WR - Chris Chambers
WR - Marty Booker
TE - Randy McMichael
RB - Ronnie Brown

Defense
LE - Kevin Carter
DT - Vonnie Holliday
DT - Keith Traylor
RE - Jason Taylor
LB - Junior Seau
LB - Zach Thomas
LB - Channing Crowder
FS - Yeremiah Bell
SS - Tebucky Jones
CB - Sam Madison
CB - Reggie Howard
 
Sorry, I forgot one position on Offense...

I think they'll start in a three-wide formation with David Boston or Wes Welker at the slot... They might even try to start with that reverse play to Welker...
 
I believe in the past Saban has indicated that while Ronnie will play quite a bit, he won't start. If that's the case, I'd expect to see Morris back there.
 
I read that Wes was the primary Slot reciver. wonder if they would put in Boston as the #2 in thouse senerios. Is Bostons neck ok?

i dont know but i think the starting linebackers situation can;t last for too long at: crowder zach seau --- i see this evolving over the season into a younger trio ... exceptional results will save us from being laughed at for having an old linebacker trio. like i said, i see crowder the only one of the three remaining in that starting role by the 6th game.
 
Morris will likely get the start. Saban said ronnie will see about 12-15 touches.

Starting 4-3 LB is spragan, Crowder is in on the 3-4 D.

There is NO WAY Zach comes out of this lineup unless it's from injury... He has two or three more pro-bowls left in him...
 
I think a couple differences would be Spragan starting at LB - I thought Saban said Crowder would start in the 3-4 in the middle. I'm assuming they open in a 4-3 - just a guess but I do think Spragan had a very good preseason and think he will do great this year. Also, I would think they will open 2 TE's with Diamond out there. Let's just pray they actually get a first down on the first drive. I'm not getting greedy to start.
