Have we reached the level of Browns and Jets dysfunction? If not, we have to be knocking on the door. This was once a proud franchise and I don't see a way back to the top with Ross doubling down on Grier and McDaniel. At the very least they should have jettisoned Grier and let the new GM decide who he wants to keep. If they want to clean house, so be it. I'll still root for Miami of course, but they sure are not giving us much to root for.

We’ve been in the Jets and Browns class for years. Nothing has changed about that. Right now I’m still laughing at the posters who wished for us to lose so Grier would lose his job.
I still don’t understand any so-callled fan wishing for a loss. Turn your Fins card in. Embarrassing to say the least

Same owner who bungled the Sparano situation (RIP). Not even the flirting with Harbaugh portion but waiting at least the extra year when it was evident that Sparano wasn't NFL head coach material.

Ross is just not a football guy. The thinks he is playing the long game but all he is doing is wasting his employee's most valuable resource... youth and time.

I'm ok with the fact that Ross has big ears. The problem is he doesn’t use them cause apparently he hasn’t listened yet to the people telling him that he needs to clean house.
who is telling him? Marino is always there and yet still disfunctional. Is marino okay with what is happening or is he juust keeping his mouth shut?

He's probably not a social media, or even sports media guy. It would be pretty easy for those around him to isolate him to fan perspective to a large extent.

We need a dateline investigation as to why this franchise is so bad...We will never figure it out kicking the tires from a distance but something is seriously wrong in S Fla
There is no excuse for being this bad year after year and no, they were not "good" last season either just a poorly coached team that snuck in playoffs as a bad team and got smashed in Rd 1

The problems run deep and we need professional sleuths to figure out why.
Is it burial curses? Partying? NFL conspiracies or just plain ol ignorance that keeps them in a hole from which they cannot escape? We need answers...

The Dolphins are a poorly run organization and have been for a long time.

I think we are in worse situation than those franchises right now. Those teams are bad enough to affect some changes. We are stuck in mediocrity. No changes in management/coaches. And no high draft picks. Just maintaining status quo. Middle of pack team.

I never rooted for a loss, not even at 1-15. I will never understand that line of thinking.

So should Cinn kick all their front office out too, since they missed the playoffs also? Just asking for a friend..LOL

This is best thing that can happen in miami. The goal is to win SB.
