Eddie Jones--a perfect example of the lame personnel leading the organization. A guy who knows nothing about football, a relic from the Shula era, who simply did what Shula told him to do. Something who adds absolutely nothing to the football acumen of the organization. This guy needs to go, just like Wanny, Wise and the others.

I think Spielman will keep his job. Replacing DW will be all the help we need. The new HC will bring in his own coaches, which means bye bye Wise.
