I have a feeling that we will play the steelers tough and lose at the end. The funny thing is that we will lose on purpose. This will go unnoticed as we will be winning in the first three quarters. I think that high draft pick is more important than a worthless victory over the steelers. am i crazy?

Sounds like the last two games already played except for the losing on pupose. I doubt Sparano would lose a game on purpose. He may not have too anyway.

Yea, you play to win, i hate it when people think we should play to loose for a better position in the draft! Besides Lately in the Draft teams are finding great quality picks in the later first rounds i.e. Vonte Davis.

this is unique circumstances. the difference between a win and a loss is around 5 spots. lose damn it. whats a win do for this team compared to a top ten talent that will hopefully fall to us. normally i am win only but like i said this year seems to be unique because of the log jam where were at.

Coaches and players don't lose games on purpose. Fans may want them to but that doesn't happen.

Yes you are crazy!!! This is a pro football team if you think they are gonna go out and play hard for 45 min. and lose it in the last 15 on purpose your definately crazy. Pure emotions take over thats how I'm pretty sure football isnt fixed because it's played with pure emotion.
I blame the team for losing the last 2 games more than I can blame any fans for wanting to lose and get the higher pick. I give the team credit for keeping the season going this long, it was a fun season but it's over. It's going to be depressing to turn on the TV Sunday. I've gotten all into meaningless games before so I'm not suprised if it's a close game and I'm all going crazy for the Fins to win it

i was throwing stuff at the tv the last two weeks rooting for the fins but this week is totally meaningless except for the draft. I am sure we have a tentative draft board made up and depending on who's available at our projected spot will be more of a reason to win or lose than just being an nfl team finishing out the season on a good note. not everything is always as it seems.
coaches get fired for having losing seasons. i doubt if sporano wants to be 7-9. 8-8 would be the goal on sunday.

I mean has it gotten that bad? We still aren't mathematically eliminated from the playoffs and we rather throw the game to move up a few spots in the draft to pay more money for an unproven product on Sundays.

this isn't unique. it's the same every year for all the 6- and 7-win teams heading into the final game.
