Important jobs take long interviews. I just took a new job and the last interview was 6 hours with the entire executive team. Pretty normal.

Interesting that Ross used the word "collaborator."
My guess is Flo went rogue and they don’t want that with McDaniel. Hence why he used that word.

Probably not, if anything it should just be a quick zoom call.
Barry Jackson stated on his Twitter the Dolphins are scheduling a Introduction Press Conference but there is no definitive date yet as the Dolphins are keeping it hush for now.
