Ross would be an idiot owner if he didn’t recognize that Burrow is the best QB in the draft. While I have no doubt he would love to see Burrow playing for the Dolphins next year, I doubt he wants Grier to give up all the draft picks it would take to pry Burrow away from the Bengals.
