Steve McNair in MIAMI!??

Co hasn't been to happy with the idea of a seasoned veteran at qb and basically would like to revamp the entire team, (younger players)......... but Jeff is the one that doesn't want to do away with Steve. What are our chances of landing McNair, AND if possible how could we do it.?????
