still no news on ricky? or trent?

The only news on Green is that his agent has issued statements saying that he will not be playing for KC next season and that the Chiefs are in the wrong for dragging this thing on. Hopefully they will just have to cut him and then we can just sign him without losing a pick next year.

As far as Ricky goes...zip, nada, nothing...no news at all. All I can say is that it does not seem good for there to be absolutely no news since it has been a couple of days already and there is nothing saying that he has tried to reinstate or that the commission has even been looking over his case. Could be that the draft has just kept everyone very busy...let's hope so. I think we could use him for sure.

I am actually surprised he is not a Dolphin yet. The Beck pick IMHO does not have bearing on this as this FO still would like to get Green for vet leadership and mentoring. At this point hope for KC cutting him. Wait it out let him come to us. But, will they actually do that and give up any hope of getting value for him? Just does not make a lot of sense for them do that.

They played thier cards as they thought it would get them more...honestly, I think Cameron and Mueller are handleing everything nicely. With all of the Quinn hype, people are forgetting that our new coach is a QB innovator. I think if they thought Quinn was worth it, then he would be here. I am more then satisfied with Beck, and also glad that we picked up an immediate impact player like Ginn to push us into possible playoff contention. All we needed to do to win more games was score a few more points. We were horrible. I see some offensive production here now that Harrington is gone and Pep has one foot out the door.
 
i will stick with what i've been sayin for months,,Daunte will be our qb this year and all signs point to it,,,if green is signed it will be just for insurance and he will be cut in tc if daunte is 100 percent.
Just like i told yall we were gonna pick ginn,,,daunte is coming back so is ricky baby!

We all want the Dante of old to show himself, but I just don't see it happpening. I like Beck and think he will be the face of the Dolphins within a year or two.

and "all these signs" include 1) we just drafted a QB in the 2nd round, 2) We obviously will sign TG in a month or two, 3) DC looks like a bloated Hippo and barely can stand without a walker, 4) Cam Cameron barely even acknowledges C-Pep's presence in any interview, 5) DC is so desperate he now sends 3 page emails to Alex Marvez updating him that his physical therapy is going "as well as can be expected"

I guess the word "all" is used more liberally nowadays. If you had said there is the "possibility" that DC will see some snaps this year, then yes. However, saying "all signs" is, as we say on Earth, "horse-fecal matter."

Well, sombody had to say it...but give the guy a break...he is a Pep fan. Me personnally, I did not like the signing of Pep or the thought of having Brees either. I am happy where we are right now and see good things to come.
 
Don't hold your breath waiting for news on Ricky. The Commish has 60 days to decide if he is going to reinstate him or not. We may not hear anything until late June.
 
i hope ricky plays for us and ISNT taded. I and u fans as well ahve endured too much emotional drain on this guy to give up now. I would hate to see him succeed on any other team besides ours, just keep him he can still play and his body is rearing to go-a year off besides the canada stint-man his body is healed up lets not pass up this guy i mean we already went through so much drama with this guy might as well see it through!
