stop at 1:46 and look at this throw by Flynn

I agree that the throw was on the money. It is important to acknowledge that there were at least four examples of happy feet in that video. There were two risky decisions. Flynn demonstrate potential, but he is not an experienced QB!

Boy Green Bay's line and even some of the receivers didn't help Flynn out much in this game.

What I like are his reads, he missed a couple in this clip but overall he knew where he wanted to go and hit his progressions and keep the drive moving by finding his outlet receivers.

I watched the other Matt Flynn vids on youtube, and I say get this guy. He made all the throws - short, deep, opposite side of the field. I rarely saw him throw into multiple coverages, he was quick running through his reads, and decisive with the ball throughout. What I was expecially impressed with was when any defense presented a blitz, he didn't panic, knew his outlet recievers and hit them...

For his first ever career start, I think this guy looks good. Arm strength will always be a question but his accuracy is damn impressive.

Matt Flynn reminds me of Chad Pennington, plays smart, accurate passer, doesnt have a cannon for an arm but Flynn has slightly better arm strength than Penny. Not to mention Flynn has some nice mobility.

Much better game and more recent.

he looks very similar to Moore when you watch his throws, movement, pocket presence, and accuracy. Is he a game breaker? doubt it.

Flynn's accuracy seems much sharper than Moore. Pocket presence is better. Game breaker? He threw for 6 TDs.

If we were talking about Flynn coming in learning a new offense I would have some doubts. However, you can't under estimate the importance of knowing the offense and having a comfort level with it. Taking that into account I would love to sign Flynn, keep Moore and maybe draft Brock Oswieller to groom for the future.

I like Matt Moore, but you can't tell me his accuracy and pocket presence are as good as Flynn demonstrates in that video.
