Ok Everyone...

One player saw Ricky in the elevator of the team headquarters and said that his muscles were looking like the incredible hulk. Could it be steroids this time?

1 month ago he was without any flesh or muscles, 2 weeks ago he became skinny, and now he is ripped .....Do you think it's because he knows his astro-body well or he is using some sorts or steroids to help him out...I'm surprised that he allready gained 35 pounds in 1 month (from 195 to 230) and myself I can eat an entire cow and not gain 1 pound. Ummmm Fishy....

P.S . David Bowens and Ronald Flemons will surprise in camp...

Well, considering the fact he is an instructor in holistic medicine(Which forbids drugs), and that he hasnt gained a shocking amount of weight for a professional athelete... I'd say no.

We will know soon enough. He's gonna be tested for everything under the sun like once a week if not more.

We don't know if he actually weighs 230. The player quoted just said he looked 230. But it wouldn't suprise me if he was a ripped 220 right now. He's paying a lot of money to some really smart people to get him to where he needs to be.

Knowing what we do know about RW, which, admittedly, is very little, I reallllly doubt he downed any 'roids.

I think we need to stop to be so negative....ans start to support our players.

didnt he enroll in the program early, which would mean that he was tested already?

he's gonna be tested non-stop. So to speculate on whether he does this or that is pointless. Cause everything will come out soon enough if he is on something.

Ricky Williams won't take steroids.
He's not that stupid, knowing the immense amount of proctoscopes (among other things) are about to be jammed up his ***.

They say once you've had it, it's a lot easier to get it back. I honestly didn't expect Ricky to have any trouble getting back up to his playing weight before he played in his first game in week 6. I didn't even consider it an issue. like him or not, I I don't, he's well rested and will probably be in great shape. He WILL be an asset to the team. I guarentee it.

I dont think its that negative, had this been David Boston putting on 25 pounds in a month and looking more ripped there would be 100 threads about how he was juicing. But because its Ricky and so many people have "Ricky Fever" they dismiss it. I despise Ricky Williams and want him nowhere near the Dolphins, and will continue to feel this way until he is gone. So please dont tell people to support him, just accept that they have a different opinion.

I doubt it.

1. He is a professional athlete, and knows how to work out correctly. If he doesn't, he has some of the best trainers in the world to help him.
2. He is subject to a lot of drug tests, I simply don't see how this is possible.
3. He lost weight because he did not participate in a rigorous NFL workout program, no one said he had been lying on the couch for a year. He may have had a good foundation to work on.
4. He has most likely planned this longer than we know, and probably been working out more than a month.

Are you assuming he was skinny while in Africa and all the other places he went to? I mean I think I heard he was at 195 at one point, but I don't think anyone can really be certain of everything Ricky has done since last year so it's possible he could've still been ripped.

Then again, none of us will ever really know if he's juiced. I like the fact he's ripped. It's time to comeback and rip the opponent a new A hole

you hit it right on i said simmiliar in another post this guy is a ahlete hes knows how to gain weight and lose it quickly hes been doing this since highschool this is nothing to him

Once you have had that muscle structure and apply yourself, you can get back into that body a lot quicker than any of us can get into it. Remember that he has been working with the same nutritionist who got him to drop more than 20 lbs. and improve his athleticism as soon as he got here.
