Strange FA question

ok, no one can sign FA's till Thursday at 12:01 AM, but how did the Rams sign Laroi Glover? (just heard it on NFL Radio)

If that is the truth, I'm pretty sure the Rams are going to be facing some penalties from the league

I think if your cut you can sign maybe?

Like if they wanted to sign someone off the streets that guy isnt really a free agent so to speak, its like asking how we signed Teyo Johnson and Shabazz isnt it?

Good point. I guess this could go both ways. If a player is released before Thursday he probably doesn't officially become a FA until thursday. Therefore, he can be signed just like the kicker we picked up.
