He only got $750k, no signing bonus. They get a ton of ex-49ers, it's probably got something to do with the fact that the vets like that they don't have to move, just drive across the Bay to go to work. Still, I don't understand how the Raiders have enough dough to pay for Sebastian Janikowski's bail let alone sign players. Weren't they just like a billion dollars over the cap last month?
