I love Dan, i thnk he is truly a great radio show personality. I used to like stu, I always thought he was a funny sidekick. That all changed yesterday.
Stu believes the jets have a better roster then the dolphins.
that they have a younger more talented roster.
Blashemy.
After looking at both rosters, I well tell you why the dolphins have the edge.
Mark Sanchez.
The jets got lucky that they are even in the playoffs.
bengals and a chargers team that is known for choking?
I believe the dolphins could be where the jets are now.
But thats just me.
so I end this with, stugotz your a *******.

U dont like him because he likes his AFC Championship team better than ours? LOL

My only problem with it is the flip flopping, but he's a classic kneejerker.

Yeah I heard he stupid remarks yesterday. When Dan is not there he says things to get people to listen, because nobody does when he is on alone. I hate to agree (trust me this kills me), but I would have to say that the Dolphins roster (right now) is inferior to the Jets. Definetly on the d side, but its alot closer on the offense side. They have better recievers and TE. Run games is the same, although I slighty favor the dolphins (injuries aside). Qb's play remains to be seen. His remarks about the Jets being young is right but the dolphins are younger. The difference between the Dolphins season and the Jets season besides there better roster (which will remain the same for awhile due to all the draft picks they gave away for Edwards and Sanchez etc..) is our schedule, when we played teams, and key injuries. And as far as the Jets/ Dolphins rosters are concerned, two different philosphies Jets cash out now and the Phins build through the draft.

Stugotz is correct...that's why the Jets are playing for the AFC Championship and the Fins petered out the last 3 games of the season.

Mark Sanchez has more experience that Henne.

And be careful, the Jets coaching staff may be better than Fins too.

The Jets will not sneak up on anybody from this point forward. They have taken advantage of breaks, which any team must do. However, they will exposed next year after the league examines the way they play.

Stugotz is hilarious. I just started subscribing to the Lebetard show podcast, and it's a pretty darn good show. It's one I never miss. I thought he was a Jets fan anyway. At any rate, I'm not going to stop liking an entertainer because he likes another team better than the Dolphins. Not to mention, he's right.

The big difference to me is in the secondary and linebacker... giving them the edge in 'roster'. We have good young talent but holes in things (ie; wr and lb) are giving them the benefit of the doubt. I have no doubt that eventually our corners are going to be very good and Henne IMHO will out shine Sanchez, given the tools to work with.

Actually I agree. Top to bottom the Jets have a more talented roster. If you're ONLY comparing young talent, than thats different. But overall I give the edge to the Jets.

Jets have a better defense, Fins have a better offense. The Jets defense is pretty good the Dolphins defense sucks. The Jets are pretty effective running the ball but the Dolphins can beat you either way. Henne can keep throwing the ball in tight spots with limited mistakes. If the defense could stop somebody he wouldn't have to keep leading the offense back and take so many chances.

i would have to agree. even if henne cancels sanchez out at qb, i would prefer jones, greene, and washington to brown and williams. greene looks legit. bigger receivers also. and a threat at te although he can't block. keller would probably be our #1 wr.

They're a team. A very obvious, well drilled team. Scary defense, run dominating offense. It's the oldest trick in the book. And it's damn hard to beat.

Right now, despite our two wins, ya gotta go with them. They're a game away from the SB for God's sakes. Long term though, they've gotta lot of vets on that D and there's gonna be a tonne of pressure on Greene soon.

We'll see. They might be built better right now but with a couple more good drafts, we have a much better shot at a dynasty.

Bummer when your front office is IDLE!!

You really have to give the JETS credit. They have not stood still in aquiring talent the last few years. They built their offensive line through the draft and free agency to be a top five o-line. Draft day 09', they had the cahones to move up and get a quality quarterback that they DESPERATLY needed to follow it up and make another move draft day and landing a future star at running back in Shonn Green,I believe in the 3rd round. Then with the trade deadline coming to a close, they pulled the trigger and got an enigmic but no doubt talented, receiver in Braylon Edwards which like the Dolphins they needed drastically! The jets didn't stand pat like the idle Dolphins did. Their front office and GM Tennenbaum had the balls to wheel and deal, unlike the Phins, to aquire talent to get them over the hump and sorry to say it, they do have more talent than our PHINS!
