We need a attorney to put together a class action against the nfl for those of us who paid for the games on direct tv

Yes. I told DirecTV that this should or could happen after they offered me a grand total of $1.00 in refunds for not showing the game live.

If we're lucky we already have an attorney on this site that's a dolphin fan. Of course we wouldn't win in court against the NFL.

Sue for what? I would almost guarantee the agreement you signed says that they are not obligated to show games in instances such as this. Stop crying, you didnt miss much.

We missed the whole game. I didn't sign any agreement for my sunday ticket.

You accepted the terms of service when you paid for it. The rules screwed you and that is the way the cookie crumbles. You guys really need to stop the crying.

the most they can do is refund you $219 the price of Sunday Ticket. Going through the hassle isn't worth no $219.

I was refunded $50 from a class action suit...the last time that Directv failed to show a game.......

Expect a letter in the mail soon.........

You need to grow up and realize that you don't have to take getting screwed by big business...

sue the nfl? How about you call Direct TV and talk to someone about it. If your strong with your opinion and purpose you will get a small refund. They might just deduct it from your next bill. Im 99% sure you will get something back.
