I am coming across quite a few people that don't know how to load their sig's. They pay for them, but can't use them because they can't load them or they get a "file to large" message. I have requsted a couple of times to have a Mod or Admin load the sig for them, but there has to be another way us store owners can avoid this. Maybe designate a Mod to be responsible for doing this or allowing us store owners to load the sigs for them, it's a small glitch, but one that could become bigger as time goes on. Any thoughts on how to resolve this problem?

I answered your PM.

For now, ask them to use one of the free image hosting services ;)

I got your PM, I think the problem is they don't know how to use the "User CP" they don't know how to load the sig. I use Photobucket, so when I paste their sig or avy in the a post, it already has a web address, all they have to do is right click and copy the address and paste it in the "insert image" option, but that's a little complicated for some and that's not an isult, it's just some people don't know how to do this and we run into this problem where we make the sig or avy, but they can't load them cause they don't know how. Also this site is a bit touchy when it comes to sigs and Avy's, and sometimes it tells people a sig is too big, when it's not.

The Bottom line is we have to then ask a Mod or Admin, to load the sig or avy, because we don't have the ability to do it for them. The Graphix Mall is a good idea, but we aren't able to sell this stuff if people can't use them. It's not a question of giving the graphic a web address, it's simply loading the sig or Avy so they can use it.

Sorry about the delay in getting back to you.

I know it is not as convenient but if you have a customer who needs a Mod or Admin to insert the URL of an image for a Sig, then let us know.

As this point, we don't want to give Mod access to store owners because it just opens us up to more problems than it is worth.

There does seem to be a problem with the kb limit. I have run into some problems when helping people add sigs that are well under the kb limit (26.7 kb's) but they are being told that the file is too big. I tried it myself and it wouldn't work for me either.

Maybe there should be a sticky thread here or in the GFX forum that gives users a walk through on how to add their sigs. Just a simple step by step process that we can guide them to incase they have problems or are new to the whole adding sigs process.

P.S: I requested a sig from you

Hey Guys.I am going to have a store soon and I am usually online so just send me a PM and I will help you install those sigs and banners for you.

I am doing it all the time with my own banners so its no bother. All I ask is that you give me the link to the members profile.
